Sales Executive
We’re expanding our presence in Sri Lanka and need a Sales Executive who can build relationships and drive adoption of CivCost and our QS services. You’ll represent ConInnova to local contractors, engineering firms, and tech-forward businesses.
What you’ll do
• Promote CivCost and QS services to Sri Lankan contractors and firms
• Prospect, pitch, and convert new clients
• Run online and in-person demos
• Support marketing campaigns and industry events
• Maintain clean sales pipelines and CRM updates
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications
• Work with the NZ delivery team to onboard clients smoothly
• Gather feedback to improve local market strategy
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
• Experience in software, construction, or SaaS is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to explain tech products to non-technical clients
• Good presentation skills and confidence with demos
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Fluent in English and Sinhala or Tamil
• Diploma/degree in marketing, business, or similar fields
