Sales Executive
We’re growing across the GCC and looking for a Sales Executive who can build relationships, open doors, and represent ConInnova and CivCost with confidence.
You’ll be talking to contractors, QS teams, project managers, and decision-makers, helping them understand how our software and services make their lives easier.
What you’ll do
• Drive sales for CivCost and QS services in the UAE market
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline
• Run product demos and explain technical features in simple language
• Build long-term relationships with contractors and consultants
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and tender-related sales material
• Report on sales activity, pipeline, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with NZ and SL teams on delivery and onboarding
• Support local marketing events, expos, and networking meetups
Qualifications
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (construction, SaaS, or tech preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience selling to contractors or engineering firms is a bonus
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly
• Comfortable with CRM systems and managing pipelines
• Driven, confident, and able to work independently
• Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
